About
I am Belgian, based in France, and I have spent eleven years working exactly where design meets code. Trained in graphic design with a computer engineering specialisation (top of my class twice), I spent seven years as a fullstack engineer then lead on Mon Espace Santé, the French national health platform used by 26 million citizens.
Before that, games: art direction at Eugen Systems, the complete Talisman icon system for Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast, QA and localisation testing at Aeria Games and Navigator. I also founded and ran an MSI-sponsored esports organisation where I did absolutely everything, from the logo to the website back end.
That zigzag is now the point. I am the single contractor who designs the interface, implements it, writes the tests, and proofreads the French and Japanese localisation before it ships. I am studying for the JLPT and moving to Japan in 2026, drawn by a culture of detail that matches how I work.
